Q: How can I enroll in the ScoreCard Rewards Program?
A: Visit any DICK’S Sporting Goods or The Golf Shop store and complete an enrollment form to receive your ScoreCard Rewards card.

Q: What can I score points on?
A: You can score points on all in-store merchandise purchased at DICK’S Sporting Goods and at The Golf Shop and merchandise purchased at DicksSportingGoods.com. Points cannot be earned on in-store sales tax, reward redemptions, purchases prior to joining, gift cards and returned merchandise. Points cannot be earned for online services and service items including sales tax, shipping, gift cards, gift certificates, warranties, and gift wrap.

Q: Can I score double points on my online purchases of DICK'S Sporting Goods weekly points event products, featured in the weekly circulars and in-store?
A: No, this double points benefit is only offered on in-store purchases at this time.

Q: Will my ScoreCard Rewards card be accepted at The Golf Shop?
A: Yes, your ScoreCard Rewards card will be accepted at The Golf Shop. All points earned at The Golf Shop will be added to your overall ScoreCard Rewards point total and will be treated the same as points earned at DICK’S Sporting Goods.

Q: How will I earn a reward?
A: Always use your ScoreCard Rewards card when you make a purchase (or return) in store or online. Receive at least 1 point for every $1 you spend on merchandise (excluding tax). As soon as you reach 300 points, you'll qualify for a $10 Rewards Certificate, which you will receive via mail within 60 days.

Q: What happens if I have more than 300 points? For instance, if I have 750 points, what will be the amount of my Rewards Certificate?
A: If you have 750 points, you will receive a $20 Rewards Certificate, based on reaching the 300-point minimum twice. The remaining 150 points will roll over toward your next reward.

Q: My Rewards Certificate expired before I could use it. Will you still honor it?
A: Your Rewards Certificate is valid through the expiration date listed on the Certificate. We are unable to honor expired Rewards Certificates.

Q: I lost my Rewards Certificate. Can I get a replacement?
A: No, we are unable to replace Rewards Certificates.

Q: What if I forgot my ScoreCard Rewards card?
A: If your card was not scanned in store, you may still add a purchase to your ScoreCard Rewards account within 90 days of your original transaction. Log into your personal account and click on
Credit My Account to add a purchase. ScoreCard Rewards points may also be added to your account at the register after the original transaction at select locations. See your store for details. Always keep your receipts for verification in the event of a discrepancy.

At this time, only in-store purchases can be added online. DicksSportingGoods.com purchases can be added by contacting the ScoreCard Rewards Hotline at 1-800-440-4002.

Q: When I return an item for credit, will the amount be deducted from my ScoreCard Rewards point balance?
A: Yes, you receive points only for items purchased and not returned. You must present your ScoreCard Rewards card at the time of the return.

Q: I purchased an item using my Rewards Certificate and now I must return it. What will I receive for my return?
A: For in-store returns: If you are exchanging the item for one of exact same type (i.e., for different size or color), you will be given an even exchange. If you are returning the item for a refund, you will receive the amount you paid out-of-pocket for the item after your Rewards Certificate discount. If you purchased several items using your Rewards Certificate, your refund will reflect what you paid out-of-pocket for each particular item you wish to return.

For online returns: You will receive an online gift certificate for the item value in return. If you are returning a portion of a multiple item order, you will receive an Online Gift Certificate in return:

  • If the value of the returned items is greater than or equal to the value of the Rewards Certificate, you will receive the full Rewards Certificate value back. The difference will be credited to your original form of payment.

  • If the value of your returned items is less than the value of your Rewards Certificate, your Online Gift Certificate will reflect only the value of the returned items.

Q: I lost my ScoreCard Rewards card. How can I get another?
A: If you've lost your ScoreCard Rewards card, you will need to fill out an enrollment form the next time you visit our store. Complete the enrollment form using the same first name, last name and address as your original account; check the replacement card box and we will automatically combine your accounts. You will need to turn your enrollment form in to a DICK’S Sporting Goods Associate at the register and he or she will give you your new card.

Q: I have more than one card. How does that affect my points?
A: If you have multiple ScoreCard Rewards cards, we will automatically combine your points and accounts that are under the same first name, last name and address.

Q: I like being a member of the ScoreCard Rewards Program, but I’d prefer not to be contacted via mail or e-mail. How can I be sure I do not receive these?
A: When you sign up for a new account, you may opt out of direct mail, e-mail or voicemail simply by checking the appropriate boxes. You may change your preferences later by logging into your personal account and clicking on Update My Account. Regardless of your preferences, you will still receive your Rewards Certificates in the mail.

Q: Will my points ever expire?
A: Yes, all points balances will be reset to 0 on the Sunday closest to January 31st of each year.

Q: What are the Credit Rewards and Platinum Rewards MasterCard® cards?
A: DICK’S Sporting Goods and GE Money Bank have teamed up to offer customers two credit options: Credit Rewards and Platinum Rewards MasterCard cards. The Credit Rewards Card is a store credit card and can be used on any in-store DICK’S Sporting Goods purchases up to the available credit limit. The Platinum
Rewards MasterCard can be used on in-store as well as online purchases and can also be used anywhere the MasterCard® card is accepted worldwide. Additionally, these credit cards have the added convenience of two cards in one, so there is no need to carry two cards! The Credit Rewards card and Platinum Rewards card have teamed up with ScoreCard Rewards to give you more benefits and more rewards than ever before. Each time you use your Credit Rewards or Platinum Rewards card at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you’ll score ScoreCard Rewards points PLUS an extra ScoreCard Rewards point for every $1 you place on your account. Platinum Rewards cardholders will score a POINT for every dollar spent outside of DICK’S Sporting Goods. Not a Credit Rewards or Platinum Rewards MasterCard cardholder yet? Q: What is the difference between the Credit Rewards and Platinum Rewards Programs?
A: Both Programs automatically enroll you in the ScoreCard Rewards Program, entitle you to exclusive bonus point offers, and give you 1 extra point for every $1 you spend on all in-store purchases at any DICK’S Sporting Goods store. The Platinum Rewards card is also a MasterCard and allows you to score 1 point for every $1 you spend on merchandise anywhere else the MasterCard® card is accepted.

A: Any U.S. citizen over the age of 18 may apply for a Credit Rewards or Platinum Rewards card.

Q: When will I receive my additional points for using my Credit Rewards or Platinum Rewards card?
A: These points will be posted to your ScoreCard Rewards account within 15 days after your credit card billing cycle and will appear on your monthly statement in the "Rewards Summary" box.

A: The Platinum Rewards card is accepted online; however, the Credit Rewards card is not accepted at this time.

Q: Will I receive ScoreCard Rewards points when making purchases on DicksSportingGoods.com if I use my Platinum Rewards card?
A: You will receive base ScoreCard Rewards points for online purchases if a ScoreCard Rewards account number is used in the purchase transaction. You will also score 1 extra point for every $1 you spend just for using your Platinum Rewards card.

A: No, you can only use your Rewards Certificate(s) to purchase merchandise.

A: You will still retain your membership in the ScoreCard Rewards Program. You
will need to contact the ScoreCard Rewards Hotline at 1-800-440-4002 if you
wish to also close your ScoreCard Rewards account.
