DICK’S Sporting Goods annual Program participation and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of DICK’S Sporting Goods. At its sole discretion, DICK’S Sporting Goods has the right to modify, add or delete any of the Program rules, terms, conditions, benefits or rewards, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated, the value of the rewards and/or the time for redemption. The most recent version of these terms and conditions is available on www.MyDicksSportingGoods.com.
You must present your ScoreCard Rewards Card or Rewards Credit Card with every purchase in order to assure accurate tracking of points. In the event of any discrepancies, you must add the purchase to your account within 90 days of your original transaction by visiting MyDicksSportingGoods.com. Points for verified purchases will be added to your account within 15-25 days. Accounts under the same name and address will automatically be combined.
You will receive a Rewards Certificate by mail within 60 days after you reach the minimum point threshold as defined in the Program. Points will not be earned on sales tax, reward redemptions, prior purchases, gift cards or returned merchandise. As noted above, DICK’S Sporting Goods may change the point minimum at any time without prior notification.
Rewards Certificates (i) can be redeemed for merchandise only as offered by DICK’S Sporting Goods, (ii) must be used in their entirety at time of purchase and (iii) may not be redeemed for gift cards, store credit, select products, online services or service items. Rewards Certificates have no cash value and cash will not be paid for unused portions of the Rewards Certificates. Merchandise purchased with a Rewards Certificate may be exchanged for merchandise only. Rewards Certificates are not transferable and DICK’S Sporting Goods reserves the right to limit the time within which you may redeem Rewards Certificates.
The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as DICK’S Sporting Goods, in its sole discretion, elects to designate a Program termination date. DICK’S Sporting Goods has the right to end the Program at any time without providing written notice to you. All UNREWARDED POINTS shall automatically expire each year on the Saturday closest to January 31st.
Modification of these terms and conditions may only be made in writing by an authorized representative of DICK’S Sporting Goods. All interpretations of Program terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of DICK’S Sporting Goods and such interpretations are binding on you.
You are responsible for notifying DICK’S Sporting Goods of any changes of address. DICK’S Sporting Goods is not responsible for Rewards Certificates which are lost, delayed or misdirected in the mail or otherwise during transit. Program points and Rewards Certificates may be subject to federal, state, or other taxes and such taxes are your sole responsibility.
Participants must be at least 13 years of age and must have a United States or Canadian address. Participation in the Program is void if prohibited by law in the jurisdiction in which the prospective participant resides. If in any particular state the Program or DICK’S Sporting Goods has to apply for any special license, bonding, permit or other governmental regulatory approval, the Program will be void in that particular state.
For purposes of the Privacy Policy and the ScoreCard Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, “DICK'S Sporting Goods” shall include The Golf Shop, as applicable. |
